- to request, in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO, the prompt correction of incorrect data and or a copy of all data stored by us on you;

 

- to request, in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO, the deletion of your data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims;

 

- to request, in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, the restriction of the processing of your data, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you or the processing is unlawful;

 

- to receive, pursuant to Art. 20 DSGVO, the data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another controller ("data portability");

 

- to object to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO, provided that the processing is based on Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. e or lit. f DSGVO;

(5.1) Pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO, the processing of your personal data is based on a balance of interests and you have the right to object to its processing pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO. This stipulation concerns the processing of personal data specifically not necessary for the fulfilment of contractual services with you, which is respectively addressed by us through the explanation of functions. During the website visit, we use the widespread SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer) in connection with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. As a rule, this is 256-bit encryption.
